Moving into the future
AAA Colorado is pleased to announce a new location for our Denver retail store and corporate headquarters.
After 50 years at our Arkansas Ave. location in Denver, we recently moved into a facility that “will allow us to better serve our members now and into the future,” says Linda Cavanagh, president and CEO of AAA Colorado. Our new location is in the Denver Tech Center at 6061 S. Willow Drive, Suite 100, in Greenwood Village, just off I-25 and Orchard Rd.
AAA Colorado has been researching the option to relocate for the past several years, and even conducted an extensive geographic analysis of where the members, served by the Denver location, reside and found that more members live a bit further south than the Arkansas location.
In addition to this extensive research, the population, and subsequent member, growth in Colorado has also factored into this decision to move. “We simply have outgrown our current location with available parking and space to accommodate and adequately serve our members and our staff,” says Cavanagh. “This new facility will allow us to do both.”
Not only will the new location have better accessibility and plenty of additional parking for members and staff, it will feature more space to expand our roadside assistance, travel, and insurance call centers, and add state-of-the-art technology to better effectively serve you—our valued members.
We do recognize that some members may have a longer drive to this store; however, more members should benefit by the closer proximity of the new Denver Tech Center location. The retail store will offer extended hours from M–F, 9 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Sat. 9 a.m.–1 p.m. and will feature more space to include an expanded area for Travel Store merchandise, an onsite Hertz Local Edition rental car center, and a Sprint retail store.
We have also leased some of the space in the new location to offer an onsite café that will serve coffee, breakfast and lunch items.
A decision like this is never easy, and we hope you’re as excited as we are as we take great care and concern to continually find ways to best serve you, now and in the future.
