Whether you’re at home or on the road, knowing what the weather will be like can be crucial to protecting the people, pets, and things you treasure most.

Utilizing state-of-the-art radar and modeling, AAA’s advance weather alert service provides critical notifications for hail, lightning, fire, flood, high winds, and more. This advance notice can give you ample time to bring in pets, move cars into garages, take shelter, or evacuate your home or office. Protecting these items can help you save money by limiting your out-of-pocket costs and could prevent you from having to file an insurance claim.

You can manage up to five locations to allow you to warn loved ones, such as elderly parents or college students, of extreme weather activity in their area. When one or more of your chosen locations is affected, the alert system will send you a warning via text, email, or both.
